The Story

In Tharparkar, girls are often the first to be pulled out of school when money runs short. 120 bright, determined girls are at risk of dropping out this year.

Your support covers a full year of tuition, uniforms, books and stationery — everything they need to stay in the classroom and keep dreaming big.

Education is the surest path out of poverty. A single year of schooling can change the trajectory of a girl's entire life and her future family.

Proof of Use

Campaign runners submit receipts and photos as funds are spent. Every update is reviewed and approved by Apnaiyat before it appears here — so you always know exactly where your rupees went.

Annual school fees deposited for all 120 girls

Fees were deposited directly into the school accounts of all six partner schools in Tharparkar. We shared the bank transfer receipts with Apnaiyat and received confirmation from each school principal. All 120 girls are now enrolled for the full academic year.

Uniform stitching underway at local tailors

We have placed orders with three local tailors in Mithi to stitch uniforms for all 120 girls. Using local craftswomen supports the community economy. Estimated completion and distribution by June 20th.
